Half-price highballs and a skewer of the day for anyone who turns up before seven.
Early, cold and fizzing
Before the room fills up, the bar is at its best: hand-cut ice, hard carbonation and whisky poured to order. Highballs are half price for the first two hours every weekday.
Pair one with the skewer of the day, written on the board by the door.
