Binchotan Night: Guest Grill
A visiting yakitori cook takes over our charcoal for one night. A set course of eight skewers, poured with sake picked to match.
Eight skewers, one fire
Once a season we hand the grill to someone we admire. This time it’s a cook who has spent twelve years behind a binchotan line, and the menu is theirs from the first skewer to the last.
The course runs about ninety minutes. Seats are released in two sittings and go quickly.
